June 12, 2024 – The Shelton State Community College Foundation will host its first Tailored + Chic fundraiser at the Bryant Conference Center on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

Tuscaloosa’s premier women’s event is getting a “glow up!” Guests are invited to a world of elegance and impact with a couture cocktail hour, luxury treasure pull, and personalized retail therapy sessions. This year’s event will introduce the tres chic raffle and top trendsetter contest while staying true to its mission with auctions, entertainment, and more. “Our annual fundraising has reached a new level, and we are excited to introduce Tailored + Chic to the ladies of Tuscaloosa,” said Shannon Chandler, SSCC Director of Development. “The night will be one of elegance and class with an emphasis on giving back to the students in this community. As with all our fundraisers, Tailored + Chic will be the hottest ticket in T-town, and you do not want to miss it.”

A limited number of tables are available. Each table accommodates 10 guests, with general admission tables selling for $2,000 and VIP tables selling for $2,500. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
