Grades & Student Records
Students may obtain final grades by the following methods: in person in the Office of Admissions & Records or online through the student online access.
- To access your grades via the internet, students should login to the student online access. Students must have a social security number or student I.D. and a PIN (Personal ID #) to access grades.
- To access your grades in person, you must visit the Office of Admissions & Records on the Martin campus and present a picture ID.
Grades obtained electronically require students' social security number/student I.D. number and a PIN (Personal ID #). Students who forget their PIN, or have not created a PIN must come to the Office of Admissions and Records on the Martin Campus and present a picture ID. PINs will not be given over the telephone.
Grades are not mailed. It is the student’s responsibility to check their grades. The College strongly recommends that this be done before the beginning of the next semester.
Students may view all coursework taken at Shelton State and any coursework that has been accepted for transfer from other institutions through the student online access.
